O'Herin seconded by Goodell moved that the bill of the Pacific Power and Tight Company
for 0475.43 for power for Octohbr be referred to the city attorney for investigation.
Carried.
Letter from Chicago Bridge and Iron Works in regard to balance of their contract read,
Nelson seconded by Pyles moved that the letter be laid on the table until the ne�•_t
meeting. .

Application of Arthur Johnson for a pool hall and soft drink establishment license for
ITolte Block reap..
Goodell seconded by Nelson moved that � a limense be granted.
Carried.
Letter from Pacific Power and Light Company along with agreemtne in regard to signal
circuit reads

City attorney fnr his opinion_.

The light and water cormittee reports that they recommend lights be place in Riverside
addition at fol.lotring locations:
Corner 12th and B. Streets
'T 13th and Ainsworth
" 12th amd Washington.
O'Herin seconded by Nelson moved that the report be concurred in and the Pacific Power
and Light Company be instructed to install 75 vratt lights at locations stated.
Carried.

prepare estimates for the reconstruction of the domestic iriater system to the extent that
it will serve the botch purposes,° domestic and irrigation.

to order same,
