Octoher 21st, 1924.
The council met in, regular session with Mayor Gannon presiding.
The following answered roll call: Bryan',* Goodell,' Jewell,' Pyles,and Robbins.
The minutes of October 6th and 7th were read and there being no objections the mayor
declared them approved as read.
Resignation of Mrs. I1. L. Bannerman an police matron read.
Robbins seconded by Pyles moved that the resignation be accepted.
Carried.
Report of Health Officier O.'Brien advising not to grant Mr. Limpus to keep hogs on his
place in• Rltvrside Addition -read.
Robbins seconded by Nelson moved that the letter be placed on the table.
Carried.
Letter from Mr. A. S. Byers in regard to condolidation of hater systems read.
1Velson seconded by Goodell moved that the letter be placed on file.
Carried.
A petition asking for five lights in Riverside Addition was read.
Robbins seconded by Nelson moved that the water and light coimittee investigate as to where
to put lights.

Petition asking for repair of A street between 10th and 13th read.
Pyles seconded by Robbins moved that the street be fixed at an expense not to exceed V025.00.
Carried.
The water eormittee reported that they had come an agreemdMt with the Northern Pacific
Railway Company to furnish water but the only obstacle now was as to the rate,
Nelson seconded by Goodell moved that the application of It,?. Chitrood and Ir. Gilman for
the vacation of a street In Stefiins Addition be ref®rred to the Street and Alley Committee.

Pyles seconded by 1elson moved that llbr. Moretz be given authority to hire Mr. Tom Glavin
to move.oid pump house to city lots on Bonneville Street at anX expense not to exceed
050.00.
Upon roll call all councilmen voted Yes.
Nelson s^econded by Goodell moved that the meeting adjourn.
