The council met in adjourned session with 11-Tayor Cannon presiding.
Those answeriag roll call were: :Brya3i,' Jewell', Nolson",* and Robbins.
The minutes of June 17th and 24th were read and there being no objections the Mayor d.: c
declared, them approved as read,
Mr. B. B. Horrigan spoke in regard to warrants city gave the Franklin County Irrigation Dittrict
No. l in payment of 1923 water. He asked that the city pay more of the warrants if possible
as some of the -men of the dittriet were quitting for the fact that they could not get
their money.
Robbins seconded by Nelson moved that the Oity employ R. B. McFarland if he will accept to
make a report of assessments due on local improvement districts. Mazirmm amount to be
paid for this work to be $25.00 and report be made as soon as possible*

An ordinance regulating public garages and Oil and gasoline stations within the fire limits
of the City of Pasco;; providing a penalty for the violating thereof and repealing all ordinances
or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith';mss given its second reading.
Nelson seconded bar Jewell moved that the ordinance be dellared to have had its second reading.
Carried.
Robbins seconded by Nelson moved that tjie meeting adjourn.
