June 3; 1924.
The Council met in regularsession with:ILror Garcon presiding.
All Councilmen were present.
The minutes of May 20th were read and there being no objections the mayor declared them
approved as read.

Nelson seconded by Pyles moved that the letters be referred to City Treasurer for answering.

Carl Bird spoke in regard to r the city issued in payment of 1923 water and which have
not been paid.
Pyles seconded by Nelson moved that the finance committee investiagte.
Carried.
Salaries of water aepartment employees read.
Pyles seconded by .Nelson moved that the bills be allowed and warramts drawn for same.

Report of toltce Judge Bean read.
Telson seconded by O'Herin moved that the report be accepted and placed on file.

Mayor Gannon appointed H. Warden Police Judge.
O'Herin seconded by Goodell moved that the pppoin.tment be confirmed.
Carried.
Robbins seconded by Jervell moved that the question of a police matron for the depot for
1924 be dispensed with and the City Clerk notify the Northern Pacific Railway Company of
action.
Upon roll call Bryan, Jewell, OlHerin and Robbins vioted Yes. Goodell,- Nelson and Pyles Ho.
Robbins seconded by Jewell moved that the meeting adjourn until Tueday June 10th at 8 PX,
