The light committee recommends that a 75 watt light be placed at Tacoma. and Clark Streets and a 75 watt lamp at Fourth and Margaret Streets Northwest corner fourth street, Robbins seconded by Nelson moved that the City Clerk instruct the Pacific Power and light Company to istall lights and the committee be discharged as to that particular question. Shelby asking permission to cut curb for his dervice station at fourth and Clark Streets read. Rohbins secondevby O'Herin moved that the letter be referred back J;o 1r. Carried. -- Robbins seconders by OtHerin moved that Mrs. Paryear instruct the undertaker comzDly with ordinance in regard to getting payment for lot before burial is made. Carried. Mr. M. L. Driscoll spoke in regard to Mss.-�Del.aerets license. Pyles seconded by Bryan moved that the matter of revoking P�Irs. .elaerets license bi referred to the police and license corini.ttee for investigation.4 OtHerin seconded by Robbins moved iat as a substi tate that no action be .taken. Mayor Gannon voted The street committee recommends that the city spend $1500.00 for fixing Sylvester Street from City limits to Fourth Street. Robbins seconded by Bryan moved that we allow 51500.00 to be spent on fixing Sylvester Street from City limits to Yakima Street and then to Fourth Street and City Attorney drawl necessary ordinance governing same. Updin roll wall all councilmen voted YES. Memorandum in regard to change on 12inch mains on city Mater works imppovements was read. PYLes seconded by Jewell moved that vie accept memorandum as read. Upon roll call all councilmen voted YES. Robbins seconded by Pyles mowed that L. Pyles be instructed to be present at and bid in Lot 30 Block 1 Sylevesterts second addition from County for $25.00 or amount equal to taxes., using his own judgment as to high he should go. Upon roll call all councilmen voted YES. Nelson seconded by Pyles moved that the City Clerk be instructed to have some dodgers printed stating registration books open at the First National Bank from three to six and use rear entrance, Carried, Pyles seconded by Jewell moved that the meeting adjourn. Carried.
