An ordinance providing for the Issur:nce of $150,000 of Special Water Revenue Bonds, in
accordance with the proposition submitted by Ordinance No. 341, of the City of Pasco,
passed and Ppproved May 1, 1923, and adopted by the voters of said city of Pasco dt an
election held therein on June 2, 1923, providing for the form and details of such bonds
and the establishment of a proper fund for the payment of the principal and interest
thereof, and r ,tifying the s^le thereof, and providing for the delivery of said bonds,
w s given its third reading.
Nelson seeondded by Goodell moved that the Ordinance be passed ani adopted as read.
Upon roll e:_ll Bryan, Goodell, Jewell -,nd Alson voted YES and Robbins voted No.
Nelson asked that the motion be withdrawn.
Nelson seconded by Good,ll moved that the ordinance be passed c-nd adopted as read and
the completion of the sr_:le of bonds be held up until the temporary restaaining order is
disposed of.
Upon roll call all councilmen voted YES. Ordinance given No. 345.

Robbins secoilded by Nelson moved th t the xxd rules be suspended and the ordinance be
passed and adppted as read.
Upon roll call all councilmen voted YES. Ordinance given No. $346.
"ANORDINANCB CONFIRMING ASSESSI&NT ROLLS FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS NUMBER 25, Igo,
43 and No. 44; DROVIDIED FOR BY ORDINANCE NUMBEREED 126, 172 and 1173 FOR THE MAINTENAMCE,
OPERATION AND REPAIR OF THE WATER SYSTEMS OF SAID DISTRICTS FOR THE YEAR 1923.
Nelson seconded by Bryan moved that the rules be suspended and the ordinance passed and
adopted as read.
Upon roll call all councilmen voted YES. Ordinance given No. 347.
Letter from Mr. E. E. Wright% Deputy Clerk, of the U. S. District Court 2$ Willa Walla

was read.
