AN ORDINANCE REGULATING AND LICENSING HOTELS, ROOMING HOUSES AND LODGINH HOUSES WITHIN THE CITY OF PASCO AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION OF SAID ORDINANCE. we read. Giezentanner spoke in regard to garbage collection. March seconded by Bryan moved that the matter be referred to the police and license committee and they meet with the city attorney. Carried. O'Herin seoonde= by March moved that the light and water committee take up with Pacific Power and Lighl Co and have light at: corner of 10th and Lewis Streets moved to the new curve in reed. Carried. O'Herin seoohded by Bryan move' that the Street and Alley committee be appointed to confer with Mr. McFarland to replat the cemetary. Car ried. O'herin seconded by March moved that the matter of insurance on the fire truck be referred to the Public -Property Committee and they confer with City Attorney and make report at the next meeting. Ca ried. Pyles seconded by Bryan move that the matter in regard to water system be referred to City attorney and he take up with an engineer in regard to the cost. Carried. WHERAS, the Divine Ruler of the Universe, in all His wisdom did, on the 3rd day of April 1923 call to His fold, Elizabeth E. Goodell, the beloved wife and helpmate of our fellow - councilman, L. N. Goodell, and we notice his absence this evening and realize to the full e�:tent his present bereavement and the cause therefor. NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved, that this honorable Mayor and City Council and the entire official family if the City of Paseom extend to L. N. Goodell and to his daughters, our heartfelt sympathy for the loss of a loving wife and mother, and that a copy of this resolution be spread upon the minutes of this meeting.
