Robbins seconded by Goodell moved that the Mayors proclamation be redrafted and republished The following bills approved by the claims committee were read; with clause to control wasting and water superintendent make inspection of water situation of Voucher the East side. An Ordinance accepting from Fraklin Lode #60, Knights of Pythias the track of land to be dedicated by them as the "City View Cemetary" and dee4l" deeded to the City of Paso o, and creating a cemetary fund and defining its uses and purposes and ptotiding for the regulation and sale of lots or graves in said cemstary, with or without perpettal care and creating the position of cemettay superintendeslt and defining his duties and fixing his salary; was read.Robbi Rohbtne seconded b* Nelson mlved that the words "for which service he may claim a fee of not exceeding $1.50 per grave upon proper voucher being submitted ad provided by law" be eliminated from Section 7. District 4- That part of District 25 lying East of Nrwbert Street. District 5-mThat part of Dietriet 43 lying Noerth of Clark Street and West of the maid line of the N.P. Railway Co. District 6- That part of District 44 lying North of Clark Street and West of the main line of the H. P. Railway Co. Goodell seconded by Robbins moved the meeting adjourn. Carried. Nelson seconded by Sargent moved the appointment be confirmed. Carried. An Ordinance confirming assessment rolls for local improvement districts number 25, 43 2 and no 44 provided for by ordinance Numbered 125, 172, and 17.E for the maintenaee. operation and repair of the water systems of said districts for the year 1922, was read. Robbins seconded by Nelson moved that the ordinance be pass -:d and adopted as read. Carried. Bid of John Corbin for head boards for cemetary read. Robbind seconded by Goodell moved the bid be laidon the table. Carried. Nelson seconded by Sargent moved that Mr. March be granted a leave of absence of sixty days asc_equested by hiip. Carried. Nelson seconded by Goodell moved that upon receipt of proper voucher from the American Wood Pipe Co, the clerk be authorized to draw warrant and same be passed on at next meeting. Carried.
