The Council met in regular session with Mayor a Warden9presiding.
The following answered roll call: March and Sargent.
March seconded by Sargent moved that owing to a lack of a quorum the meeting be adjourhed
to meet Friday May 5th. Carried.
Passed approval this day of Miry 1922.

Reynolds seconddd by Sargent Moved that BE IT RESOLVED all irrigating of all parks or
parking strips or public p#laces whether public or privately owned shall be done after
8 p.ta. and bef6re 6 a. m. within districts 25, 43, And 44;j and any violation of this
regulation be -deemed shall be deemed justification for shutting off such irrigation
water.
It is further resolved that the Mayor forthwith declare regulation of Sec. 2 Ordinance
316 in full force and effect. Carried.
Robbins seconded by Match moved that the Water Superintendent take the meter readings of
water gotten from Franklin C unty Irrigation Diet 11 and reports t the next melting.
Carried.
Sargent seconded by March moved that the City Attorney draw up an ordinance amending
poll ball,ordinance prohibiting minors from entering pool halls.
Carried.
Reynolds seconded by Sargent moved that a temporary permit be granted to School District
#1 to use the North 24 feet of Yakima opposite athelytic field. No obstruction to extend
beyond curb line of Yakima street.
Carried.
Nelson seconded by Hayl&tt moved that City Treasurer be instructed to write G. H. Plummer
of The Northern Pacific Railraod Co.that assessments of local Improvement District
according to advise of The City Attorney Railroad Cc is estopped from claiming any
irregularity on account of Sidewalk assessments for Lots 9-16 Blbck 1 Sylvesters Park
Addition.
Carried.
Application aide by Mrs Golla to lay sewer in the parking strip along fourth stree' to
her property line.
Robbins seconded by Nelson moved that the matter be laid ypon the table.
