The follvving answered roll call: Goodell, Haylett, Nelson, Reynolds, Robbins, and Sargent. The minutes of April 4#h were read and there being no objections the Mayor declared them approved as read. Nelson seconded by Reynolds moved that the resoliktion be accepted and adopted and the time of hearing be May 16th. Upon roll call all eouneilmentvotd YES. Police report was read. Eylett seconded by Sargent moved that the police report be accepted. parried. An ORDINANCE ENLARGING THE ORIGINAL SEVSER DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF PASCO AND PROVIDING FOR THE LEVYING OF A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT AGAINST THE PROPERTY BENEFITED" was read. Robbins seconded by Haylett moved that the ordinance be passed and adopted as read. Upon roll call all councilmen voted YES. Reynolds seconded by Haylett moved that Drs Hamlej; and Kammann, Hospital* Catholic Church, Mrs A F Golla and balance of Block 1 Sylvesters Park Addition file a petition to be included in irrigation district and pay for irrigation water and additional water be purchased or otherwise out off from water pipes. Golla to have lots 13,.14, 15, and 1- Block 1 Sylvesters Park Addition into thesewer d0 trict was read. accepted Nelson seconded by Reynolds molted that petition of Mrs Golla be gsanted and that the City Attorney prepare an ordinance fixing the limits of the sewer district. Carried. Nelsn seconded by Robbins moved that the Engineer be instructed to place stakes for q sidewalk on the East side of 8th st and West side of 7th St between Lewts and Columbia Streets for Block 2 Pettits Addition. Carried. Robbins second=d by Goodell moved that the Engineer be instructed to set stakes for a a sidewalkbetwoen 4th and 5th Streets on the Noeth Side of B Street.
