Hayle't seconded by Nelson moved that the Pacific Power and Light Co. be instructed
to place a 100 cadle power light at the North East Corner of Third and Yakima Streets.
Upon roll call all councilmen voted YES.
Reynolds seconded by Robbins moved that the Purchasing Agent be instructed to buy two
100 Watt lights and suitable semi -indirect fixtures for council chambers subject to
the approval of the Council. Carried.
Robbins seoDnded by Nelson moved that the mee$ing adjourn.. Carried.

The Council metnin special to consider the petition of Mrs A. F. Golla to lay a
sewer in Fourth Street connecting up with the lateral in the alley which runs
East and West just North of Blockl, Gerry's Addition to the City of Pasco;
said sewer to connect with the North West Corner of Block 1, Sylvester Park Addition.
Mrs A. F. Golla agreeing to pay her pro rata share for main sewer.

The following answered roll scall: Haylett, Nelson, Reynolds, and Ribbins. Petition of Yrs
Reynolds seconded by Nelson moved that the petition be rejected as it is against
the policy of the City to allow any private sewer in any street and also because
the petition is insufficient.
Robbins seconded by Nelson moved that meeting adjourn. Carried.

The minutes of Feb 21st, Mar. 7th and Mar 11th were read and there being no objections the
Mayor declared them approved as read.

Robbins seconded by March moved that the bills as read be allowdd and warrants drawn.

Raylett secondedby Goodell moved that the Pacific Power and Light Cc be instructed to move
the light at the corner of Sylvester and Arthur streets to the corner of Yakima and Sixth
streets.
Carried.
March seconded by Robbins moved that the Purchasing agnet employ an engineer to give the
property owners grade and location stakes for a 5 foot side walk on bothh sides of 5th St
from A to C streets to be 4feet outside revised plat of street.
Upon roll call all councilmen present voted YES.
An ORDINANCE VACATING TEN FEET ON EACH SIDE ON FIFTH, SIXTH, AND SEVENTH STREETS FROM THEIR
INTERSECTIONS WITH"A" STREET TO THE INTERSECTION OF SAID STREET WITH AINSWORTH AVENUE, THERE-
BY REDUCING THE WIDTH OF SAID STREETS FROM 100 ft. to 80 ft." was reads.
Haylett seconded byGood)ll moved that the ordinance be passed and adopte d as read.
Goodell, Haylett, March, Reynolds, and Robbins voted YES.
Goodell seconded by March ipoved that Pangginge or any similar game or any game whether
p3ayed for money, otherbthing of value or pgstime, supervised or controlled by,an attendant
in the pool room at the game or connedted with the pool or card room in any manner be stppped
forthwith, and Chipf of Police be instructed to notify every pool and card room and in the
City and report to Mayor any violations of this order; That Mayor upon report of such violatin
be and is hereby authorized to issue notice to proprietor of such pool or card room to appear
at the seat regular meeting night to show cause why his license sho-ild not be revo.:ed.

the large globesm for lighting system in the Council rooms.

Application of Ed Dyer to operate a pool hall and soft drink establishment in Barr Bldg read.
Robbins seconded by Reynolds moved the license be granted. Carried.
Application of Baker and Mackimmon to operate a pool hall and soft drink establishment in
Cunningham Barr read.
Reynolds seconded by Robbins moved the license be granted. Carried.
