Septamber 20, 1921.
The Council met in regular session with I:Iayor '.garden Presiding.
The following ansr:ered roll call: Goodell, Hgylett, March, Reynolds, and Robbins.
The following bills approved by the claims committee were read:

Goodell seconded by Robbins moved that the bills as read be alo-ved and warrants drawn.

Doodell seconded by Haylett moved that the American Legion be advised that a license foe
o.� yr1.00 must be paid for each Merry -Go -Round or Ferris Wheellas provided by Seo 14 of
Ordinance 2^8. The sho-�s as contemplated will not have to be licensed as they fall under
sec 11 of Ord. 288, the Council deeming the Ameriman Legion a fraternal organization falling
within said section therefore no license charge. The stands as referred to will have t-i7a
a daily license fee of )2.00 for each stand accor7ing to sec. 14 Ord.288. This licenr
can not be granted the legion but must be grantedto and procn.red by the operator of th

Robbins senonded by Hayllet moved that the 'Street Commissioner get a man to take charge
wjiile Aubin is busy wit's his work.
Carried.
Robbins senonded by Doodell moved that the meeting adjourn until. Sept. 26th whdn the
vote of the election will be canvassed.
Carried.

11 The Council met in adjo-rned ses^ion to canvass returns of last election, hlayor Darden
presiffinS the fol.l.owin^ answering roll call: Goodell, Haylett, Reynolds, and Robbins.
The City Council of the City of Pasco having met pursuant to adjournment for the purpose
of canvassing the votes cast at tho Special Election held in Pascom on the 19th day of
September, 1.921, and. for the purpose of consideri.r_7 and passing an ordinance, putting int
effect the re'nction of the corporate limitFas submit'.ed to fie voters and the said c unc
having canvas.2ed the returns, finds as follows: That there were 310 votes mast at said
election: that on Prpposition No. 1, for the reduction of the corporate limits there were
cast 306 votes, 253 votes for reduction of corporate limits and 53 votes against reducti
of corrorate limits.
That on Proposition ITo.2. there were 317.6 votes cast, 71 votes for Fatatorium and 235
votes against ITatatori m.
On proposition ITo. 3, or cor_unission form of governmeht, there were 301 votes cast, 85
for commission form of government and 216 against co-ission form of government.
It was thereupon moved by Iiaylett and seconded by Robbins that said city cmmcil dec
