Newman seconded by Nelson moved that the 'Water and Light CommitteeEs action in ordering The Pacific Power and Light Co to place a light on the corner of Parl: and Fourth Streets be sustained and hereby confirmed. Uarried. Johnson seconded by Nelson moved that a special committee be appointed to confer with the Irrigation com-any relative to the water and that this committee have the power to act and use their best judgmmnt in the matter. Carried. I.Iayor garden, Councilmen Nelso, Haylett and Johnson appointed. Newman seconded by Hohnson moved that the Clerk be instructed to notify bicycle riders, thru the next issue of The Pasco Herald, that there is a bicycle ordinance and that same will be enforced.
