Council met in regular session with Ma or,Pro-Tom Hallett presiding. y y presiding.
Roll Call: Haylett, Johnosn, Nelson and Newman,
Kinutes of July 6th were read and there being no objections Irayor Pro -Tem declared them
approved as¢read.
The following bills approved by the Claims committee were read by the Clerk:

Newman seconded by Johnson moved that the bills as read be allowed and warrants drawn Eor

Johnosn seconded by Nelson moved that the report of the Police Judge be accepted and filed
Carried.
Newman seconded. by Nelson mowed that the delimitation he deferred until the next meeting.
Carried.

Nelson seconded by Johnson moved that the Clerk instruct Lir. A. G. Hanason in care of
The 'White River Lumber Co. to live up tp ordinance 7JIL246 and remove the debris where the o
U. S. Laundry stood. Carried.
Newman seconded by Nelson moved that the 'Water and Light CommitteeEs action in ordering
The Pacific Power and Light Co to place a light on the corner of Parl: and Fourth Streets
be sustained and hereby confirmed.
Uarried.
Johnson seconded by Nelson moved that a special committee be appointed to confer with the
Irrigation com-any relative to the water and that this committee have the power to act and
use their best judgmmnt in the matter.
Carried.
I.Iayor garden, Councilmen Nelso, Haylett and Johnson appointed.
Newman seconded by Hohnson moved that the Clerk be instructed to notify bicycle riders,
thru the next issue of The Pasco Herald, that there is a bicycle ordinance and that same
will be enforced. Carried.
Johnosn seconded by Nelson moved that the meeting adjourn.
Carried.
