Council met in regular session,Mayor Henderson,pre siding, with following
councilmen answering roll call, .ldrich-Cady-Haylett-Olson-Stinson.
Clerk re; -,.d minutes of meeting of November,4th.
I40 objections being raised,Llayor ordered minutes approved as read.
Councilman Cady, clsairman Street Committee, retorted committee had looked
at sidewalk adjoining Mrs.Gray-Johnsons property,,v and it was being cleaned.
Aldrich moved, Olson, seconding, that street Commissioner notify LIr.Kelso
to have ktx walk abbutting his property cleared,
carried by acclamation.
Clerk reported Ordinance No.299 hasbeen published,funds for same having
been received.
Clerk made a report on Budget of ID919 showing a balance of "4358.37
still remaining.
Clerk reported Telephone has bean removed from the Fire Chiefs Office.
Moved by Cady seconded by O1son,That Chief of Police be instructed to
loc�ite a place for City Pound,ond give an estimate of expense at next
meeting of the Council.

P:Lr. Powers,8sked est for the support of the locality to suppress
ang trouble that may develop in the construction of Irrigation Power Plant.
Motion by :ldrich,seconderl by Cady,That the Chief of Police and the
Mayor appoint one or more police men,and that adgitation be suppre.sed.
carried by acclamation.

11r.H.Delduth,appeared and stated he had been unable to le_rn where to obtain
a building permit.
Aldrich moved,ceconded by Haylett,That the Mayor appoint a Building Inspector
carried by acclamation.
Building Inspectors Mayor Henderson, Appointed,A.F.17ehe as Building Inspector.
Moved by Cady,seconded by Davis, That the appointment be confirmed.
