December 31, 1918
Council met in special session, following notice served on councilmen,
the following councilmen answering roll call, viz: Aldrich, Cole, Ha;-lettand
Henderson, I;Iayor Willison presiding.
Cl,rk read minutes of meeting of December 17th. No obj ctions being
raised, mayor ordered minutes approved as read.

Cole that mayor appoint a committee to act, togeth:r with the city attorney,

No action taken.
Clerk read co_.ununication from N. P. Ry Co. rega. ding; light at Lewis
Street crossing. Moved by Hallett, seconded by hender,on that clerk be
instructed to write to the Pacific Po er & Lirjit Company and instruct them
to move the light as directed in April, 1918. Motion carried by acclamation.
Chairman of committee appointed to investigate water conditions reported
that committee was not yet ready to report. Motion to adj o;,rn Mrried.

Co-ncil adjoiirned, new couhcil taking seats, with Magor Lee C. Henderson
presiding.
Ex -Mayor 1,7illison made a short talk, followed by 1layor 7 Hendeson.
