City attorney report=d that lles:•ra Cannon & Ferris had expected to come to
Pasco and co_1si It with hi'-: in regard to their terms for carrying on the litigation
with the Receiver of the Pa,,^co Reclamation Co. and Pasco Fruit Lands Co., that
they had not yet come to Pasco but expected to in the near future, at w _ich time
they would submit a proposal. Moved by Allard, seconded by Gibbs, that re»ort
of City=attorney O'Brien be accepted. 1dotion carried, alb councilmen concurring.
