Councilman Haylett reported that the comr]ittee appointed to c :fer

I;Ir. Lund in regard to the saaee, had conferred ,,-r_;t,h i,1x'. Lund, and he
submitted the following p_•oposit:ons to flush the sewer system, i.e.,
First, that Mr. Lund world hire his own men, and do the entire job of
cleaning the catch basins and flushing the sewers for „t100.00, or i_ the
city would furnish the necessary men, he would oversee the 7n rk for ?5.00
