Moved by Allard, seconded by B nnerman, that resignation of coa.,:cilm3n
Harrison be accepted. Motion carried, all councilmen concurring.
Hoved by Bannerman, seconded by Holt, that D. C. Gibbs be elected
councilman to fill vacancy caused by resignation of Councilman H-rrison.
