Committee of citizens apreared before the council and advised th>.t a water users' aoc:ociation had been formed with the idea of leasing the pumping plant and system from the Pasco Reclamnition Co., and asked the cooperation of the council in their efforts to furnish .rater for the city and other users for the season of 1917. Moved by -Holt, seconded by Allard that the council get behind the citiz.-= ' committee and Water Users' Co por^tion and book them up in the e forts. Motion carried by acclamation.
