Moved by Stec' -el, seconded by 'Schmidtman, that the regul.,-,r order of business be dispensed with and the matter of purchasing a Municipal weigh- ing scale be discussed. Motion carried and so ordered. The bids for a scale of 15 tons capacity with a platform, 8 by 22 feet were received and reviewed, One form r•red D. Adams, of the Howe Scale Company for '365.00 and one from J. B. Frem, of the Fairbanks, I:Iorse & Uompany, for 295.00 Both prices F. 0. B. Pasco, the City to furnish the foundation, the Co.to install scales.
