Pasco, Wash. December, 3rd, 1915.
Council met subject to the mayors Call and was called to order by
I,Ayor Sent.
Councilman Augustavo, Steff ins, Steckels, Schmidtman, Reardon, and Kenoyer,
answered Roll Call.
Thr Following Call was presented.
To the Councilmen of the amity of Pasco,
GREETINGS: You are hereby notified that a special meeting of the
City Council of the City of Pasco, State of :;awhinuton, will be held in
the City Hall of said City at the hour of 7-30 o'clock P. isi. December, 3rd.
1915,. Said fleeting is called for the purpose of of appointing boards for
the City Election on Decemver, 7th, 1915 to consider the advisiability of
installing a linblic weighing scale at the City Hall and to take any action
deemed advisable to acomplish that end, to consider the proposition of
aiding the steam boat company operating on the Cokumbia River to install
an office on the local docks and to take such action as may be deemed advis-
able to accomplish this end, and to transact any and all other business which
may legally come before said meeting.

the matter of purchasing a Municipal Scale was discussed for Some time
after which it was shoved by Augustavo, seconded by Steckels, that it was
the senses of ihAs Council that a idunicipal Scale should be bought and insta-
lled at the City hall.
Motion carried and so ordered.
It v�$s further Ivioved by iteardon, seconded by Sehmiiddtm/�etn, that a commit -,.ea
of three consisting of the city i'reasurer, city Clerk,"§niPV1Ic,T. Anderson,
Franklin County's Official Weight & Leasure Certifier, be appointed for the
purpose of securing prices of scales, and that said Committee make a report
of their findings on December 7th, 1915.
Motion carried and so ordered.
Moved by Steffins, seconded by Kenoyer, that the City donate their
intrest in one old barn located on ground donated by the Ii. P. Rail Road
Company f6r a btreet leading to the Docks, to the Steam Boat Company, for
the purpose of erecting an office on the Docks.
Notion carried, and so ordered.
The Ifisyor appionted the following Committees, for the election boards,
Precinct Lio, 1, M. K. Gray, Inspectot 47. P. Gray, and C. H. Treffry Judges,
and nrs J. i.i. Arnett and firs, Anna V. Linderman, Clerks.
Precinct Bo. 2. Mrs K. S. Koontz, Inspector, I. H. Sandage, and
J. 7. Clemans, Judges, Mrs. Marie Norris and s._rs Elizabeth Haring, Clerks.
Precinct No. 3, Ralph Riggs, Inspector, Mrs A. M. Pratt, and 0. H.
Turk, Judges, Wm. Reno andA. id. Haylett Clerks.

be confirmed by the Council
Motion carried and so ordered.
On Motion duly carried Council adjourned.

Council met in regular order but owing to there not being enough memirers
present for a Quorum, it was moved by Steffins, seconded by Rrardon, that
Council adjourn until December the 8th at 7-80 o'clock P. M.
Motion carreid and Council adjourned.
