Pasco, Wash. November, 16th, 1915.
CoTncil met in rrgular order and was called to order by Councilman
Reardon.
In the absence of the Iatayor it was moved by Augustaco, seconded by
Schmidtman, that councilman Reardon act as NWor Protem
Motion carried unanimous and councilman neardon took the Seat as Mayor Protem.
Councilmen Steffins, Augustavo, Schmidtman, Steckel, Kwnoyer and
iteardon, Answered Roll Call.
rhe 11inute of the meeting of November, 2nd, 1915 were read.
Moved by Steffins, seconded by Schmidtman, that the minutes of the
forego -Ing date stand aproved as read.
Motion carried and so ordered.
The following bills all having been signed by the Claims Committee were read.
Moved by Augustavo, seconded by Steffins that the foregoing bills be
allowed and paid and cnargeu to their respective funds.
Roll Call as dollows, Aye: Steffins, Augustavo, Schmidtman, Steckel, isenoyer,
and Reatdon.
I:4otion Carried and so oredered.
A Petition praying for the elimination of certain property from the mire
district, was read.
Moved by Steffins, seconded by Augustavo, that said petition be l,;id
on tune table until the next regular meeting.

A nroposed Ordin^nee entitled "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 161,
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE, FIRE LIMITS 'NITRIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE
CITY OF P^RCO, AND AMENDING SECTION 8 THEREOF :1ND SUfiSTITUTING FOR SAID
SECTION 8. THE FOrLO TING IJHICH SHALL BE KNY,'IQ .'.ISTD DESIGNATED AS SECTION 8,
OF SAIn OFDINARCE, that had hrd its first and second reading November, n'al
1916, was nresented.also -.n ordin.`anee later prepared by the City Attorney

The Council then proceeded to act ^s canva.sing board for the purpose
of cane^-ing the votes cast at the primary election held November 9th, 1915.
Moved by Kenoyer, seconded by Schmidtm^n that Councilmen August-vo, .n d
teckels be-ppdinted as tellers to keep ^ccount of the votes received by

various Candidates, of both p^rties.
Motion c,rried and so ordered.
After a thorough canvas of the votes -s counted by the E1^etion"Bo rds
of the different Precincts, tha follvving candid^tea were found to h^ve
received the highest number of votes c-:st for their respective offices for
the Progressive Le^Rve P-rty.
