Council met subject to adjournment and was called to order by i4yor
Pasco, Push, September, 21st, 1915. Zent.
Council met in regular session and was called uo order by ifayor Sent.
Councilmen Augustavo, :ieardon, and Kenoyer, answered Roll Call.
There not being uouneilmen enough present for a Quorum, it was moved
by isenoyer, seconded by Reardon, that council adjourn until September, 25th,
1915, at 8 o • clod¢ P. Tai.

The Minutes of the meeting of august 6th, 1915, were read,
Moved by Reardon, seconded by Kenoyer, that the minutes of the said
date stand aproved as read.
Motion carried and so ordered.
Councilman Augustavo, entered r.:nd tiok his seat in the Council.

A bill for the Salarges of the Police department for the month of
August, that had been laid on the table at the previous meeting was again
re:. d.
Moved by ,Aoardon, seconded by Lenoyer, tha, said bill be allowed.

A Bill for lafor by outhpin, for street work :nd one by J. C. helm £or 1
labor on riverside park, were r -,ad.
Moved by Augustavo, seconded by Reardon, that the foregoing bills be
allowed,

Motion carried and so ordered and warrant No, 3583 form the General r'und and
No. 110, from the Park Fund were issued in payment of said bills.
A Comaunication 1'rom G. L. Longmuir, local manager of the Pacific Power
and Light Company returning General Fund ,,ar:ants idos A3581 and 3582 issued
in payment for Cluster and Arc lights for the month of -ugust was read.
Moved by :teffins, seconded by Reardon, that raid Uomaunication and
warrants be referred to the City :attorney,
Motion carried and so ordered, and the City Attorney ordered said warrants
;riled by the City Clerk.
The Pacific Power c: Light Company, asked paymemt for one large globe
used on the Cluster lights than had been broken by Pinckney's horse and
replaced by the said power & Lighu Company,
Moved by heardon, seconded by Eenoyer, that said matter be referred to
the City Attorney for a re,. -,ort.
Motion carried and so ordered.
Councilman iteardon, stated that there were parties on Seveiff ,,treet
who wanted permission from the Cit._. Council to build some bo:-_rdy sidewald,
ten feet from their property line would also build walk across all ey,
giveing them a walk to the concrete sidewalk,
Moved by iteardon, seconded by i'_enoyer, that said permission be granted.
Motion curried and so orderdd.
Moved by bteffins, seconded by I;enoyer that tiie Cit,; ttorney be
instructed to prepare an ordinance stating the salary of the various officers

of the City of Pasco, said Salasies to corrospond with the proposed Budget of
expenditures for the City of Pa:.co for the year 1915.
Motion carried and so ordered.

Moved by Reardon seconded by Kenoyer, that the Mayors appointment for Clhief of
Police be confirmed by the council.
Hotion carried and so ordered.
The ,,.ayor then appointed the Chief of Police as otreet Superintendant to
serve without extra pay.

laid on the table indefinaiely.

the Mayor appointed Councilman 5te,fins to serve as Mayor Protem in his
place and left the room.
Moved by neardon, seconded by Schmidtman, that the City Treasurer confer
with the City, Attorney, in retard io certain delinquent Local improver nt
Districts.

Moved by Reardon, seconded by �jchmidtman, that Councilman Seute 's seat
in the Council be declared vacant as he had missed more that three regular
meetings.
Motion carried and so ordered.

some ,)ne to fill the seat in the Council, declared vacatedy by Seute.

by IaIayor Lent.

Resolution No. 15, a resolutionfixing the niunbrar of mills to be
levied against the tag able property &A the city of Pasco, was re -d.

be adopted as read.
