Pasco, qsh, September, 7th, 1915.
Council net in regular session and was called to order by Councilman
Gearme,
Councilmen Greame, Augustavo, and Steffins, answered Roll Call.
Owing to tiiere not being Councilmen enough ;resent for a quorum it was
moved by Greame, seconded by Stefiins, that Council adjourn until September,
9th at 8 o'clock, P. tri.
All Council Voted Aye, and Motion ca- vied.

Arc and Cluster Lights be paid for in the same proportion as the last previous

An insurance Policy din the furniture and fixtures of the City call by
J. B. Crain, a,,ent for the Philadelphia underwriters, for ;;¢2,000.00 for a
three year term was read.

A Canuaunication from the washin-ton League of .._unicipalities, extending
Invitations and prograns to the sixth annual convention of the Lague to be
held at Laorth fakima, .:ash. Oct. 6th, 1915, was read.
Moved icy Greame, seconded by Augustavo, that said Communication be
accepted and placed on file.
Motion carried and so ordered.
A Petition for a re_le-.val of a Liquor License for the 1-asco Hotel Bar,
assomp^hied by a check for 4;333.35 and a bond, said petition signed by
C. Z'. Jewell, was read.

end issued and the Bond[ filed upon the aproval of the City Attorney,

The Report of the dpecial committee for the purpose of investigating
the Police Judge and ehe chief of the Police depart ent for the :,lonth of July
was read.
