Pasco, qsh, September, 7th, 1915.
Council net in regular session and was called to order by Councilman
Gearme,
Councilmen Greame, Augustavo, and Steffins, answered Roll Call.
Owing to tiiere not being Councilmen enough ;resent for a quorum it was
moved by Greame, seconded by Stefiins, that Council adjourn until September,
9th at 8 o'clock, P. tri.
All Council Voted Aye, and Motion ca- vied.

Moved by Angustavo, seconded by Greame, that said bill be laid on the

full except for Balance Delinquent, and Are and Cluster Lights, and that the
Arc and Cluster Lights be paid for in the same proportion as the last previous
payments,
