Pasco, ::ash., July, 27th, 1915.
Council met subject to adjournment of a called session and was called
to order by Hayor Zent.
Councilmen Augustavo, Steffius, Lt:ardon, isenoyer, and Schmidtman,
answered Roll uall.
TheLiayor val_ed for the ootder of business.
The City AtLoeney wished to go on record as adviaing the riayor and the
City Council, that any action taken by the council at this time would be
illegal as it was an adjourned meeting, and tnere was no law in effect where-
by there could be any business legally done at other that a regular or a
called meeting. but stated that they could at any time and place make an
investigation, at which they proceeded to do.
After reviewing three different ;arties chat claimed ti_ley had been
robbdd or in some mysterious way lost money and other property, it was

Gouncilman Schmidtman, was appointed to act on rile Claims I;ommit�m
in place of Councilman tiueffins.
the Vollowing councilmen , Augustavo, Greame, Schmidtman, asnwered
Roll Call.
Owing to there not being Councilmen enough present for a quorum
it was moveu by Lugustavo, seconded by Schmidtman, that umuncil adjourn
until August, 6th, at 8 o'clock P. M.
Motion carried and so ordered.
