The bid of the Pasco Express for the City printing for the Year 1915 as per published call for bids was read, said bi-s being twenty five cents' per inch for the first irwortion and fifteen cents for each subsequent insertion and the bid of the Pasco Progress as follows, all such notices as per tequi_ement in call for bids at the rate of 15 cents for the first ten cents for the second and five cents for each subsequent incersion P.ioved by R.ardon, seconded by=:enoyer, that the bid of the Pasco Progress Printing Company be accepted as the lowest and best bid, and that the Cite Attorney be instructed to draw up a contract for said printing, .Iotion carried and so ordered.
