Isloved by Leasure, seconded by thitehorn, that said proposed O',dinance be chanced to read, _'he Salary of the C&ty Attorney shall be and is hereby fixed at 430.00 per month in place of X50,00 per month ab in the first and second regdings. Notion declared to have lost. Moved by Driscoll, seconded by Dreame, that said proposed Ordinance be declared to have had its third reading and ad!Dpted as read. Roll Call as follows, Aye: Gregme, Kenoyer, Driscoll. Voting No. Leasure, Not Voting: Whitehorn. Motion c^rreid and so ordered. and Ordinance was numbered 247. Moved by Greame, seconded by Kenoyer, that said proposed Ordinance be declared to have had its first reading. Hotion carried and so ordered. Iloved by Greame, saconded by Driscoll, thgt said proposed Ordinance be read by title only for its second reading. Notion carried and so ordered, and the Title on said proposed Ordinance was read. Iioved by Driscoll, seconded by Kennyer, th_:t said proposed Oddinanee be declared to have had its second reading. i_otion carried and so odered. On motion duly carried Council adjourned. Owing to the Councilmen present being insufficient for a quorum, it was moved by Leasure, seconded by Greame, that Council Adjourn, until December, 2nd, 1914. at 8 o'clock P. II.
