A Communication from the State Land Commissioner containing a Contract
for the sale to the City of Pasco of Block 8 of Pasco's Shore Lands, was read.
Moved by Whitehorn, seconded by Greame, that the Mayor and City Clerk
be and is hereby instructed to sign said Contract of sale.
