The bill of the Pacific Power & LIght Company for 9'559.45 was read.
Moved by '.Ihitehorn, seconded by Leasure, that said bill be allowed
with the exception of Ten Dollars that had been previously cut from the light
bill and Thirty Five Cents as a rebate du/ the City Hall Water account.

A Bill of the Pasco Hardware Company for $8.85 as a part payment on
garden hose used to irrigate the clover acros2 from the Pasco Hotel. was read.
Moved by Greame, seconded by Whitehorn, that said bill be referred to the
City Attorney.
Motion carried and so ordered.
A Communication from the State Land Commissioner containing a Contract
for the sale to the City of Pasco of Block 8 of Pasco's Shore Lands, was read.
Moved by Whitehorn, seconded by Greame, that the Mayor and City Clerk
be and is hereby instructed to sign said Contract of sale.
