Moved by '.Ihitehorn, seconded by Leasure, that said bill be allowed with the exception of Ten Dollars that had been previously cut from the light bill and Thirty Five Cents as a rebate du/ the City Hall Water account. A Communication from the State Land Commissioner containing a Contract for the sale to the City of Pasco of Block 8 of Pasco's Shore Lands, was read. Moved by Whitehorn, seconded by Greame, that the Mayor and City Clerk be and is hereby instructed to sign said Contract of sale. Motion c:rried and so ordered.
