Council met in regular session and was called to order by Mayor Zent. Councilmen Greame, Whitehorn, Leasure, ,J#JJJ-A , Adams, Kenoyer, answered roll Call. Moved by Greame, seconded by Leasure that the reading of the minutes of the previous meetingd be postponed, Motion carried and so ordered. The following Bills were read, having been previously digned by the Claims Committee. 3143 C. Sutphin, Work on Streetd, $38.50 3144 Oity Treasurer, Assessments of L.I.D. I10.50 9.50 Moved by Greame, secpnded by Whitehorn, that the foregoing bills be allowed and warrants drawn in their payments and charged to their respective funds. Roll Gall as follows, Aye: Greame. Whitehorn, Leasure, Adams, Kunoyer. Yotion carried and so otdered. Mrs M. K. Gray, presented objections to assassments of L. I. D. No. 50 along her property on the East Bide Moved by Adams, seconded by Leasure, that the matter be referred to the City Treasurer, Motion carried and so ordered Moved by Adams, seconded by Kenoyer, that the petition to place# an Incandescent light on Oregon Street be referred to the Fire Light & '..ater Committee. Motion carried and so ordered. Moved by Leasure, seconded by-Uhitehorn, that the complaints on the ball park property and block owned by J. E. Steffins and the complaint of Chappell and various other complaints of L. I. D. No. 50 be referred to the City Engineer for a report. I;Iotion carried and so ordered.
