of the City of Pasco, prior to the date fixed for the hearing if this
Resolution, the fpllowing data together with all papers and tnfermation in
his possession touching on said improvement:
1: A diagram s71pwdng thereon the lots, tracts, and parcels of land
or other property specially bendfitted by said improvement.
2: A statement of the aggeregate assessed value of the real estate
exclusive of improvements, within the district as shown by the latest assess-
ment for general taxation
3: A statement of the proportionate amount of the cost and exoense
of the improvement ghat should be born by the property specially benefitted.
4: line estimated cost and expense of the proposed improvement.

to be birne by each lot, tract, or parcel of lamd or other property in said

6: Plans and specifications for the proposed improvemant in addition

That the City Council of the City of Pasco, will meet on the 7th day of
July, 1914 at 8 P. M. , at its regular place of meeting and hear protests
against said proposed improvement, and all persons qhf may desire to object
therejm may appear and present such objjections at the said meeting of the
City Council, or may file written protests with the Ytty Clerk ; that this
Resolution be published in two consecutive issues of the official news paper
of the oity of Pasco.
