VIE, TETE CITY GOUITCIL OF TIS CITY OF PASCO, RESOLVE:
That the portion of the money and Improvonent bonds provided for in
Ordinances No. 212 £c 213 and No 172, w 173 known as the Reclamation Company
;later Bonds and Money be held in abeyance pending the action of the Courts
with refdrence thereto, and that the i.Sa,or and City Clerk withh(bld their
signatures from said bonds until such action.

adopted as read.
