VIE, TETE CITY GOUITCIL OF TIS CITY OF PASCO, RESOLVE: That the portion of the money and Improvonent bonds provided for in Ordinances No. 212 £c 213 and No 172, w 173 known as the Reclamation Company ;later Bonds and Money be held in abeyance pending the action of the Courts with refdrence thereto, and that the i.Sa,or and City Clerk withh(bld their signatures from said bonds until such action. Communication of City Attorney, relative to division of moneys and bonds on Local Improvement District Do. 43 and Z_4 was read. i_Toved by Schuneman„ seconded by Driscoll, that Communication be accepted t i Bonds and and placed on file; that the M=ayor and City Clerk be directed to sign necsls- warrants of Pasco 'eclamatio$ary bonds and warrants for the Reclamation Company's payments on water contracts Co. ordered Signed and in Local Improvement Districts No. 43 and 44 as shown in said Communication; sealed that the City Treasurer be instructed to deliver the bonds and warrants to the Reclamation Company, in full payment of all claims due under said contract:; that bonds not delivered be cancelled by Theasurer and Clerk and certificate thereof filed with the Cduncil.
