Longmnir , Local Hanger of the Pacific Power « Light Company was read, in whici, offer was made to Trnrn 42 poles of 01'aster Lights at •32.00 per pole per year; all sums in e..eess of rate fi:ed by the Public Service Cimmission to be refunded, I.Ioved by Grearne, seconded by Schuneman, that proposition be acco-pt�., Roll Call as follows.
