A Petitdon of the residents of North First Avenue, in regard to one
cess pool at 112, North First Avenue, was read.
Moved by Schuneman, seconded by Kendyer, that said Petition be referred to the
City Physician with instructions to have drains cmnnected with sewer at once.

A Communice--.tion of J. W. Hamilton was read, accepted and ordered filed.
A Communication of the Pacific Power & Light Company vias read, accepted,
and placed _n file.

cluster lights be referred to the Fire, Light and dater Committee, and said
Co:,aittee to Consult with the Pacific Power & Light Company, and make a report
at the neat Council Ideeting.
