Council not in regular session and was sal -.ed to older by Idayor Johnson.
The Poll oriiig Councilmen answered Roll Call, Schuneman, 7hitehorn, Dris-
sell, Adams, Kenoyer, Greame, Leasure.
The reading of the minutes of the previous me.Ming was postponed.
A Communication of 17ilbur B. Foshay, was read and ordered filed.
The following Bills that had been previously approved by the claims

THE CIT'T COU71CIL Or THE CITY OF PASCO, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOl7S.
That WHEREAS, Wong how amd Ong How, husband and wife, have filed a
aesolution patition for the vacation of certain streets on O.Keef's Third Addition to
Pasco,'Clashington, which streets are described in said petition as folloee:
Bornlev:.rd Street between the south line of Ainsworth
Avenue and the South line of O'Keef's Third Addition to
Pasco, Washington.
Reed Street between the South line of Ainsworth
Avenue and the intersection of Reed Street with Boulevard
Street, being all of Reed Street South of Ainsworth AIIenue;
Franklin Street between the South line of Ainsworth
Avenue and the Tdorth line of Washington street;
Washington Street between Boulevard Street and
the 'Wast line ofFranklin Street;
All of said streets are located in O'Keef's Thard

Addition to the town of Pasco (now City of Pasco)
Franklin County, 'Washington.
And Whereas, said petition prays tha'_ a time be fixed for hearing
thereon,
Aiid Whereas, it appears that the said -long How and Ong How, husband
and wife, are owners of :pore than two thirds of the private property abutting
upon the part of each street sought to be vacated,
THEREFORE, pursuant to statute it is hereby ordered that Tuesday, March
third, 1914, at eight o'clock P. iI. , at the reglnlar Council Chambers, be
and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing and determining
said petition for vacation of said streets,

And it is further ordered that the City Council give notice of the
pendency of said petition by posting written notices in three of the most
public places of the City and a like notice on each of the streets sought
to be vacated as above described and that said notice be posted for at least
twenty days prior to the above date of hearing upon said petition.
Said notice shall describe the said streets sought to be vacated
and shall also contain a statement of the time and place above fixed for
the hearing of :aid petition.
Passed and approved this 13th day of January, 1914.
