Moved by Cox, seconded by Schuneman that the bid of the Pasco Hard Bid of Pasco ardware Co for ware Company for a wooden bell tower for Four Hundred Twenty Five Dollars ooden Bell Tower ccepted ($425.00) be accepted V. and the Mayor be instructed to enter into a contract with said Hardware Company for the erection of a Wooden bell tower according to plans an d specifications furnished_ by J. E. Doughty, The Pasco Hardware Company to cancel contract for Steel Tower now erected and have same taken down within the next 20 days and new Tower to be erected within the next 90 days. Moved by Cox, seconded by Driscoll, that said Communication be referred to the City Treasurer, with instructions to make deductions of Sewer No.l roll of Block 3, according to said Communication. Motion carried and so ordered. A Bill of J. E. Doughty, for x18.00 for attendance at trial and assist - ante to the City Attorney in the Carey Case, was read. Moved by Cox, seconded by Driscoll, that said Bill be paid and charged III to the City Hall Building Fund. Roll Call as follows, Aye: Schuneman, ilhitehorn, Cox, Sylvester, Driscoll. Motion carried and so ordered. 1.4oved by Cox, seconded by Sylvester, that the City Clerk notify the City Engineer, to make a report orNall Local Improvement Districts, completed this year to show what amount of moneys to be transfered to the Current •i Expense Fund that had been used by said Local improvement Districts.
