Sylvester.

Moved by Cox, seconded by Sylvester that sc:.id Idinutes be approved as
read.

The Pasco Hardware Company to cancel contract for Steel Tower now erected
and have same taken down within the next 20 days and new Tower to be erected
within the next 90 days.

to the City Treasurer, with instructions to make deductions of Sewer No.l
roll of Block 3, according to said Communication.
