The Lid of Barr Company, for the completion of the City Hall for
,p881.00 according to specifications accompanied with a certified check for
450.00 was read.
Also aid of J. E. Ruggles for X675.60 for the co:apletion of tiio City hall
accompanied by check of 05.00 but not accompanied by any specifications was
read.

and Liblary for $5.50 per ton delivered in bins, also a bid of the Jhite River Ir
Lumber Company for ono carload of Rosylin 6pecial rtegm Coal Delivered in
bins at Via City Hal- and Library for tij5.60 per ton, mine weights to i,overn
settlement were read.

contract for completion of City Hall according to plans and specifications
submitted by J. E. Doughty, on or before October 20th 1913. jahe City Clerk
be instructed to readvertise for bids for the completion df the City Hal
