are hereby ratified and confirmed and recogniged in all respects as being
valid a•ld binding upon the City of Pasco, the same as if said indebtednes,

beleive a compA tent pixysician can be secured for *he salary of N15.00 per
month, I world prefer abolishing the office entirely than receiving the
