Be it resolved by the City Council and the I.layor of the Coty of Pasco, Resolution rddopting Vashongton, that the plat and dedication made by the iTortherh Pacific the Sylvesteri Park Addition Railway Company, a corporation of Wisconsin, and the Sylvester Realty Company To the City of Pasco. a cor-poration of -ashington, cf SiLITESTE3 PARK ADDITION TO PASCO, ',7A3HISTGTOPT, be, and the same is hereby accepted and approve(l, and the Streets, Avenues and Alleys shown )n said plat are hereby accepter as Itreets, Avenues and Allays of the City of Pasco, and lawfull public highways and to be designated Ck- - as shown on said plat.
