Council met in regular session and was called to order by City
Attorney Rygek.
On absence of the Mayor there was a motion made by Cox and seconded
by Hunt that CouncilmAn Wehe act as Mayor Protem for the present meeting.
Motion Carried and so ordered.
The Following Councilmen Reported present on Roll Call. Sylvester,
Wehe, Whitehorn, Cox, Hunt.
Moved and seconded that the reading of the minuts of the previous
meetings be dispensed with untill the next meoting.
Motion Carried ans so Ordered.
A Communication of the Volunteer sire Department was read by the
City Attorney.
ISoved and Seconded that scid Communication be accepters and placed on file.
Motion Carried and so Ordered.
An Application of R. A. Galloway for a renewal of Liquor License for
the Brick Saloon was read bu the City Attorney.
Moved and seconded that said License be granted to R.A. Galloway on his
filing of Proper Bonds with the City Clerk. Roll Call as follows.
Aye. Sylvester, Wehe, Whitehorn, Cox, Hunt. notion carried and so ordered.
A Bill for Court Expenses, of Jennins vs City of Pasco and Locridge
vs City of Pasco. Ammounting to 038.35 was read by the City Attorney,
Xdved and seconded that slid will be allowed and ,aid out of their
respective funds, Roll Call as follows, Aye. Sylvester, Wehe, Whitehorn,
Cox, Hunt. Motion Carried and so ordered.

In regard to the Contr.icts of Local Improvement Districts ITos.43.
and 44 , held by T. P. Lund, J. B. Crain was called on and s&id ,that pipe

A Communication of J. W. Hamilton in regard to the Pasco Development
Companys deed of certain land in the block west of 4th Street and South
of Columbia, for a Street was read by the City Attorney.
Moved and seconded that the deed of the Pasco Development Com-gany for
Deed of Pasco Dove
lo)ment Co, accepted
said land be accepted and the Cit y Clerk be instructed to file same
with do Coiuity Ayditor, Roll Call as follows, Aye. Schuneman, s7ehe,
Hunt, Cox, No. Sylvester.
Motion declared to have carried and was so ordered by the Mayor.
