voted aye, whereupon the I.1ayor declared the motion to have carried.
Payment Hoved and seconded that the Clork be instructed to draw a warrant, upon approval
State Audit
of voucher by City Treasurer, in favor of the State Board of Accountancy in pay-
ment for audit of city books.
Upon roll call councilmen Cox, Hunt., Kerfoot, Schunernann, Sylvester and llehe,
voted aye, whereupon the :Mayor declared the motion to have carried.
Upon motion dnly made and seconded the council adjour;ued.

You, and each of you, are hereby notified that there grill be a
special meeting of the city couuicil of the City of Pasco at the
council chambers in the City Hall, on Honday, Ai)ril 21, 1913, at
the hour of 4. p. m. to consider the matter of providing adequate
fire protection for the City of Pasco, and to transact such other
matters as Tray properly co)se before the council.

Upon motion duly made and seconded the city clerk was instructed to advertise
in the official p-er, callin,r• for bids for the lease of one motor propelled
coi.ib-ination chemical en ine and hose wa,^on of not less than 50 H.P. accordin^
to A.L.A.i:I. rating, such vehicle to be _dilly equipped with suitable ladders,
axes, hand extin,_;uishers, etc.; a che,dcal tank of not less than 40 gallons
capacity; and a carrying capacitor of not less than 2,000 feet of 2-1-" double
jacket fire hose. Bids to be received at any time prior to 8 o'clock
