The scope of services are outlined on Attachment A with an estimated cost of $1,800.00. Recover/verify horizontal and vertical project survey control. 2. Supplemental topographical ROW -Corridor Survey of Oregon/Ainsworth (1,100' with mapping of utilities, utility locate markings, roads, traffic control/channelization, fencing and any other improvements within corridor. Mapping will extend beyond ROW up to 25 feet. 3. Locate monuments and property corners in or near topography corridor. 4. Research and review City of Pasco ROW and Franklin County recorded deeds, surveys and plats adjacent to corridor. 5. Compute and draft ROW Boundaries. 6. Update topographical survey and surface tine file and provide hard -copy and electronic media of updated sheet(s) and an overall surface tin file. Fee Schedule Permit Surveying, Inc. proposes to provide this scope of services for a fixed fee of $1,800.00 billed upon completion. Sincerely, mm Christopher C. Ammann, PLS President
