This change order was requested by the Contractor to account for additional work due to change orders. 1) Due to Change Orders #4-6, the contractor has requested 5 additional working days to complete the work. A portion of this time is to account for the time needed to order and receive the breakaway sign bases and the raised pavement markers needed to complete the work of the change orders. Given that a portion of this time is for delivery of materials and a portion for completion of the work, the request was deemed to be appropriate. This change order will add 5 working days to the contract for a total of 168 Working Days. There is no cost associated with this change order. 0 Page 1
