It is mutually agreed by both parties that this Change Order fully describes the change(s) that is (are) being
made and that the compensation for this Change Order is full and complete and is the only compensation
due or owing for this Change Order. Further, it is mutually agreed that this document will supplement the
present Contract Documents and that the provisions of the previously executed Contract Documents shall
apply to this Change Order.

Re: Change Order #9, Road 68 Improvements Phase 2 and Interconnect Rd 68 Signals
Change Order No. 9 reflects the revisions to the Road 68 Improvements Phase 2 Project and Interconnect Rd
68 Signals listed below. This change order was requested by the Contractor to account for additional work
due to change orders.
1) Due to Change Orders #4-6, the contractor has requested 5 additional working days to complete the
work. A portion of this time is to account for the time needed to order and receive the breakaway
sign bases and the raised pavement markers needed to complete the work of the change orders.
Given that a portion of this time is for delivery of materials and a portion for completion of the work,
the request was deemed to be appropriate.
This change order will add 5 working days to the contract for a total of 168 Working Days. There is no cost
associated with this change order.
