Change Order No. 4 reflects the revisions to the Rd 40 East Storm Drainage Project listed below. This
change order is to reconcile overage quantities.
1) Bid Item #16, Pavement Repair ran over the anticipated quantity of 25 SY by 23 SY. This was due to
the existing pavement being buried under several inches of gravel, causing the patches to be longer
than expected.
The table below lists all changes and costs associated for the Rd 40 East Storm Drainage project:
