Re: Limited Manual Demolition to Locate & Quantify Asbestos- Containing Thermal
System Insulation on Mechanical Piping Inside Walls
All -Safe Abatement is pleased to provide this cost estimate forthe scope of work listed below. Our
bid is good for thirty (30) days from the date as indicated above, subject to the following:
Scone of Work:
Provide manual soft demolition to locate and quantify asbestos - containing Thermal System
Insulation (TSI) on mechanical piping on the interior of walls located in 110 Tacoma Street, Pasco,
WA, and 201 Lewis Street, Pasco, WA.
Cost Includes:
1. Labor, equipment, materials, insurance and fees necessary to complete the work as specified,
except as noted below in "Cost Exclusions & Assumptions ".
Cost Exclusions & Assumptions:
1. Excludes labor in excess of 8 hours /day, 40 hours/week and legal holidays.
2. Excludes Washington State Sales Tax.
