Description: FAILURE TO RENEW DOG LICENSE(S). PMC 8.02.190
(1) Violation:
All dogs over seven (7) months of age must be licensed with the City of Pasco.
(2) Corrective Action:
License all dogs over the age of seven (7) months with the City of Pasco (please call (509) 545-3488 for more information).

(1) Violation:
All dogs over seven (7) months of age must be licensed with the City of Pasco.
(2) Corrective Action:
License all dogs over the age of seven (7) months with the City of Pasco (please call (509) 545-3488 for more information).

Description: Semi truck/trailer parked in a residential zone. PMC 10.52.030 (2)
(1) Violation:
Parking a vehicle with a maximum gross weight of fourteen thousand (14,000) pounds or more anywhere on or off the street
in a residential zone of the City.
(2) Corrective Action:
Discontinue the parking of ANY vehicles exceeding 14,000 pounds in ANY residential zone within the City.
Description: Operating a home occupation without obtaining a City of Pasco business license. PMC 5.04.020
(1) Violation:

Engaging in business within the City of Pasco without a required City of Pasco business license.
(2) Corrective Action:
Apply for a City of Pasco business license. Discontinue ALL business activities until such time as a business license can be
obtained. Please call the City Clerk's office at (509) 545-3402 for information on licensing requirements or to view
requirements online at http://www.pasco-wa.gov/index.aspx?nid=192.
Description: Failure to renew City of Pasco residential rental license for 2013 and 2014 (REPEAT). PMC 5.78.010
(Renewal)
(1) Violation:
Failure to renew your City of Pasco rental license(s).
(2) Corrective Action:
Renew your City of Pasco rental license and pay all outstanding fees and late fees. Licenses are to be renewed annually on
the first regular business day of January, but in no case later than the last regular working day of February each year. Please
call the City Clerk's office at (509) 545-3402 for fee information. IF YOU ARE OUT OF BUSINESS, YOU MUST CALL
THE CITY CLERK'S OFFICE AT THE NUMBER LISTED ABOVE.
Description: Failure to schedule rental inspection. PMC 5.78.020
(1) Violation:
A certificate of inspection is required to be submitted to the City for all rental dwelling unit(s).
(2) Corrective Action:
Submit a certificate of inspection for the rental dwelling unit(s) (call (509) 543-5743 to schedule a habitability inspection or
submit an approved HUD inspection report).
Description: Pallets, bed frame, wooden boxes laying in side yard. PMC 9.60.030 (10)
(1) Violation:
Trash, litter, rags, accumulations of empty barrels, boxes, crates, packing cases, mattresses, bedding, excelsior, packing hay,
straw, or other packing material; lumber or scrap metal not neatly piled or anything which may be a fire danger.
(2) Corrective Action:
Remove and lawfully dispose of all trash, litter, and other debris which is not neatly piled and/or which is a fire danger.

Description: Remove all signage around the property which pertains to or advertises any inactive or closed business.
PMC 17.09.050
(1) Violation:
Any sign, including support frames, now or hereafter existing which no longer advertises a bona fide business conducted, or a
product sold or service rendered.
(2) Corrective Action:
Remove the advertising copy by painting or coating out within 30 days. All sign frames and supports of abandoned signs
must be removed within one year of the date of abandonment or business closure.
Description: Failure to maintain planting strip with live vegetation and free of weeds and litter. PMC 25.75.110 (1)
(1) Violation:
Failing to maintiain landscaping and/or screening free of weeds and trash and not providing, protecting, and permanently
maintaining all landscaping material, areas and plants in a healthy, growing condition, replacing it when necessary.
(2) Corrective Action:
Remove and lawfully dispose of all weeds and trash and replace any dead/dying plants and other vegetation. Restore and
maintain the planting strip withlive vegetation in compliance with the provisions described above.
Description: Weeds and litter throughout parking lot and planting areas. PMC 25.78.090 (7)

(1) Violation:
Failing to maintain a parking lot and/or keep it free of weeds and litter.
(2) Corrective Action:
Provide regular maintenance for the parking lot. Maintenance shall include trash and weed removal, the repair of traffic
control devices,
signs, light standards, fences, surfacing materials, curbs, landscaping, and drainage facilities.
Description: Weeds in excess of twelve inches and dead/dry which pose a fire hazard. (REPEAT) PMC 9.60.030 (16)
(1) Violation:
Weeds, noxious weeds, grass, and other vegetation which constitutes a fire hazard, encroaches on sidewalks or neighboring
properties, is damaging public improvements, impairs the vision of traffic signs or signals, and/or has reached a height of
twelve inches (12").
(2) Corrective Action:
Eradicate weeds by chemicals, cutting or other acceptable means so that they do not exceed twelve inches (12"), encroach on
neighboring properties, constitute a fire hazard, etc. Weeds that are cut or removed by the root must be removed from the
property and lawfully disposed of.
