Devi Tate; Absent: Tom Brandon.

January 8, 2014 Approved with modification (meeting date 2014)

VI. WORKSHOP:
A. Commission reviewed the following documents for Certified Local Government
(CLG) requirements;
a) Draft revisions for Historic Preservation Ordinance
b) Draft revisions for Historic Preservation Bylaws; ("Implied Consent" in
Section IV(C)(6) changed to "Neutral.")
c) Commissioners resumes;
VII. 5:55—OTHER BUSINESS:
A. Commissioners Stafford and Baker reported on progress with WSRHS
Museum Advisory committee & a Luncheon with Valoria Loveland.
