REGULAR MEETING 5:15 P.M. May 14, 2014
I. 5:15—CALL TO ORDER:
II. 5:15—ROLL CALL: Present: Present: Marilynn Baker, Malin Bergstrom, Dan
Stafford, Devi Tate; Absent: Tom Brandon.
III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
April 9, 2014—Approved as amended to recognize the Commission's desire to
increase the potential size of the commission in order to allow Jim Rabideau
to apply for a commission seat without displacing any current commissioners.

V. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
A. None
VI. WORKSHOP:
A. Commissioners discussed proposed Historic Preservation Bylaws, focusing on
subsection C(6) in Section IV, relating to implied consent, and receiving
clarification regarding the purpose of including historic district provisions
when Pasco may not be able to support a contiguous historic district.
B. Commissioners discussed the marine terminal rail spur removal project.
